Each morning there is a full gourmet breakfast.  Along with hot coffee, juice, fresh tropical fruits, yogurt, and freshly baked breads enjoy a signature dish such as Peach Fritattas, Carmelized French Toast, Blueberry Pancakes, Breakfast Burritos, or Bacon Quiche.   
Then meander the streets of Merida to shop, museum hop, visit the many art galleries, and view the wonderful local architecture. 

Merida and the Yucatan offer many exciting, fun things to do, from walking the colorful sites of historic downtown Merida, to swimming in one of our famous cenotes that dot the landscape.  Bike up Paseo Montejo Sunday morning, boat the back country of Celestun to marvel at thousands upon thousands of pink flamingos, or just stand in awe at the site of ancient Mayan ruins such as those at Uxmal and Chichén Itza.
